Refund Policy for Atlas Stream

Please read the following policy carefully. If you meet the criteria for a refund, you may submit a request by creating a ticket in the Support Section.

 

Refund Guidelines and Eligibility:

 

  • Trial Period: We strongly recommend requesting a trial account before making a purchase. The trial is designed so you can test our service quality. If you are not satisfied with the trial, please do not proceed with a long-term subscription.

  • Internet Connectivity: Refunds will not be issued due to low internet speeds or poor connection quality on the user’s end. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their network meets the requirements for Atlas Stream services.

  • Technical Setup: The Atlas Stream support team is available 24/7 to assist you. Inability to set up the service on your specific device does not qualify for a refund. We encourage you to consult our setup guides or reach out to support for technical assistance.

  • Payment Errors: If you made an error during the checkout process (for example, accidentally purchasing a 12-month plan instead of a 3-month plan), please open a support ticket titled “Payment Error.” Our team will review the transaction and process the appropriate correction or refund.

  • 7-Day Limit: Any refund request submitted more than 7 days after the initial purchase date will not be accepted.
